Overall Dashboard

This dashboard provides a complete view of system performance across Chatbots, Assistants, Tasks, and Workflows over a specific date range. Each section offers key statistics to help you monitor and analyze performance.


General Layout & Navigation

  • Date Range:
    The dashboard displays data from January 1, 2025, to February 3, 2025. All metrics, charts, and tables reflect performance within this period.

  • Navigation:
    Each section (Chatbots, Assistants, Tasks, and Workflows) is organized into a series of panels:

    • KPI Cards: Provide quick, at-a-glance numbers.
    • Interactive Charts: Visualize trends over time.
    • Data Tables: Offer detailed, aggregated statistics with clickable entries for further details.
  • Filtering:
    A filter box in every section lets you quickly narrow down the table results. Simply type part of the name or ID to update the display.


Chatbots Section

  • KPI Cards:

    • Displayed: Total number of times chatbots were shown.
    • Opened: Number of times the chatbot widget was opened.
    • AI Responses: Count of responses generated by the AI.
    • User Messages: Number of messages sent by users.
    • Avg Response: Average response time (in seconds) across all chatbots.
  • Timeline Chart:
    A line chart shows the daily average response time. Hover over any point to see the exact value for that day.

  • Usage Chart:
    This combined chart features:

    • A line series for “Displayed” counts.
    • Bar series for “Opened” and “User Messages.”
      The dual y-axis allows you to compare metrics with different value ranges.
  • Data Table:
    The table lists each chatbot along with its aggregated metrics. Each row displays:

    • The chatbot’s name, image (with a fallback if none is provided), and ID.
    • Detailed counts for how many times it was displayed, opened, and the number of AI responses and user messages.
    • Clicking on a chatbot name or image takes you to its detailed view.

Assistants Section

  • KPI Cards:

    • Routed: Total messages sent to assistants.
    • Responded: Count of responses provided by assistants.
    • Errors: Number of errors encountered.
    • Avg Response: Average time assistants took to respond (in seconds).
  • Timeline Chart:
    Similar to chatbots, this chart plots the daily average response time for assistants.

  • Usage Chart:
    Displays daily totals for routed messages, responses, and errors using a mix of area and column charts.

  • Data Table:
    Lists each assistant with aggregated metrics. Each entry includes the assistant’s name, image, and ID. You can click on any entry to view more detailed information.


Tasks Section

  • KPI Cards:

    • Called: How many times tasks were initiated.
    • Completed: Number of tasks successfully completed.
    • Failed: Count of tasks that failed.
    • Avg Task Time: Average time taken to complete a task (in seconds).
  • Timeline Chart:
    A line chart shows the daily average time taken to complete tasks, helping you spot trends or anomalies.

  • Usage Chart:
    Uses bar charts to illustrate daily counts for task calls, completions, and failures.

  • Data Table:
    Provides a detailed breakdown for each task with:

    • Task name, image, and ID.
    • Counts for called, completed, and failed tasks.
    • The average time taken per task.
    • Each task row links to its detailed page for further insights.

Workflows Section

  • KPI Cards:

    • Called: Total number of times workflows were triggered.
    • Completed: Count of workflows that completed successfully.
    • Failed: Number of workflows that failed.
    • Avg Automation Time: Average automation time (in seconds).
  • Timeline Chart:
    Displays the daily average automation time, allowing you to track improvements or delays.

  • Usage Chart:
    Uses bar charts to display daily counts for workflow calls, completions, and failures.

  • Data Table:
    Lists each workflow along with aggregated statistics:

    • Workflow name, image, and ID.
    • Detailed metrics including counts and average times.
    • Clicking a workflow entry navigates to a detailed view for that automation.

How to Use This Dashboard

  1. Quick Overview:
    Use the KPI cards at the top of each section to get a rapid snapshot of performance.

  2. Deep Dive with Charts:

    • Hover over the timeline and usage charts to see exact values for any given day.
    • Compare trends across days to identify patterns or issues.
  3. Explore Detailed Data:

    • Scroll down to view the data tables for each section.
    • Use the filter inputs to search for specific chatbots, assistants, tasks, or workflows.
    • Click on any entry to navigate to a detailed page with more in-depth metrics and history.
  4. Interactivity and Responsiveness:
    The dashboard is designed to be interactive. Filters update the tables in real time, and charts provide tooltips with detailed data when you hover over them.
