Files

Files are digital assets used throughout our platform. They can represent documents, images, or other media, and include essential metadata that helps manage and track their usage.

Key File Attributes:

  • File ID & Name:
Every file has a unique identifier and a friendly name, making it easy to reference and search.

  • Description:
A brief summary that explains what the file is about or how it is used.

  • Enabled Status:
Indicates whether the file is active. A disabled file is hidden or not used in production.

  • Client Association:
Each file is linked to a specific client via a Client ID, ensuring that assets are organized per account.

  • File Metadata:
Additional details such as the original file name, the date when the file was last updated, and when it was published help track revisions and usage history.

User Benefits:

  • Centralized Management:
Files and their metadata are stored in one place, making it easy to view, update, or remove assets as needed.

  • Transparency:
Quick access to file statistics and timestamps ensures that you always know the file’s status and history.

  • Easy Integration:
Files are linked to client accounts, so they can be seamlessly used across various parts of the system—from content displays to reporting.
