Shine Enrich provides a powerful search interface that allows you to find companies in the Norwegian Business Registry using various criteria.

Basic Search

The basic search functionality allows you to quickly find companies using common search parameters:

  1. Navigate to Search: Click on "Enrich" in the navigation menu, then select "Search" to access the company search interface.

  2. Basic Search Fields:

    • Company Name: Enter the full or partial name of the company you're looking for
    • Organization Number: Enter the specific organization number if you know it
    • Postal Code: Search for companies in a specific postal code area
    • NACE Code: Filter companies by their industry classification code
    • Employee Group: Filter by company size based on number of employees
    • City: Search for companies in a specific city
    • Region: Filter companies by their geographical region
    • Organization Type: Filter by the type of organization (e.g., AS, ENK, etc.)

  3. Performing a Search:

    • Fill in one or more search fields
    • Click the "Search" button to execute your query
    • Results will be displayed in the table below the search form

Advanced Filters

For more specific searches, you can use the advanced filters:

  1. Accessing Advanced Filters:

    • Click on the "Advanced Filters" section to expand additional search options

  2. Advanced Filter Options:

    • Financial Filters: Search based on revenue, EBIT, equity, and other financial metrics
    • Registration Filters: Filter by registration status in various Norwegian registers
    • Date Filters: Search by accounting year or other date-related criteria

  3. Numeric Comparisons:

    • For numeric fields, you can use various comparison operators:
      • Equal to (=)
      • Greater than (>)
      • Less than (<)
      • Greater than or equal to (>=)
      • Less than or equal to (<=)
      • Between (specify a range)

Search Results

After performing a search, the results are displayed in a table format:

  1. Results Table:

    • Each row represents a company matching your search criteria
    • Columns display key information about each company
    • Click on a column header to sort the results by that column

  2. Pagination:

    • Navigate between pages of results using the pagination controls
    • Adjust the number of results per page using the dropdown menu

  3. Bulk Actions:

    • Select multiple companies using the checkboxes
    • Perform actions on selected companies, such as bulk import to HubSpot

Company Details

To view detailed information about a specific company:

  1. Accessing Company Details:

    • Click on a company name in the search results to view its detailed profile

  2. Company Profile:

    • Basic Information: Name, organization number, address, contact details
    • Financial Data: Revenue, profit, equity, and other financial metrics
    • Registration Information: Status in various Norwegian registers
    • Industry Classification: NACE codes and descriptions
    • Ownership Structure: Information about owners and related companies (if available)

  3. Actions:

    • Import to HubSpot: Add the company to your HubSpot account
    • Save for Later: Bookmark the company for future reference
    • Export Data: Download the company information in various formats
