Sales process with quote, customer-specific purchase terms and a seamless handover to Customer Success

We developed and implemented a scalable sales process in HubSpot Sales Hub, fully integrated with the customer’s product database. The process includes automatic handling of customer-specific price lists, multilingual quote templates. Each quote includes product descriptions and terms & conditions in the customer’s language.
The solution also includes an approval flow for quotes that deviate from standard business rules, as well as a structured handover process to Customer Success after a deal is closed.
