The collaboration with Intuvio

R. Bergersen's goal was to increase the number of inspections and create better customer experiences, so they invested heavily in digitization and modern marketing - in close collaboration with us at Intuvio.

What were the challenges?

R. Bergersen has long had clear sales targets and an ambition for growth, but faced several challenges:

After working together since 2022 on inbound marketing, CRM structure and sales processes, we took the next step together - and launched the AI agent Tollef, named after one of the company's founders.

Although the solution is new, Tollef is already live and in use - and getting better every day. R. Bergersen has got one:

  • Seamless sales process where leads automatically go into HubSpot.
  • Data-driven insights that provide a clearer picture of which measures result in conversions.

This is the start of a larger initiative - more AI agents are already planned for other target groups, such as architects and private customers.
